I’m a Registered Nurse, Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist, Healing Touch Practitioner, and Mom and have spent the last 25 years in clinical practice.
Helping people has always been important to me so becoming a nurse made sense. I valued what I learned over the 13 years practicing in a hospital but felt like something was missing. Western Medicine’s approach of treating symptoms versus the root cause left me searching for different tools to help my patients. Deep down I felt that people need a more inclusive approach that reflects the importance of the whole person, integrating body, mind, and soul.
Eastern Medicine was the answer I had not known I was looking for and soon after energy work followed. I love that I am able to practice what I call evolved medicine, the unique blend of western, eastern, and energy medicine. Being able to pull from my different backgrounds allows me to offer a comprehensive, highly effective approach to each of my patient’s individual health and wellness goals.
As a healer, I treat everything from pain & trauma to internal medicine, and even emotional well-being. I spent the majority of my nursing career as a Labor & Delivery Nurse. Women’s Health holds a special place in my heart. I support women through all the phases of their life, menarche to menopause, with an emphasis on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum.
